We post the coffee on or around the 14th of every month, and will email you as soon as its sent.
Can I swap from beans to ground half way through my subscription?
Absolutely. Just drop us an email and we’ll arrange the swap. Very soon you’ll be able to access your account page and edit your personal information, as well as change your subscription preferences.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription at any time?
Yes. Just email us, and please let us know why.
Can I cancel my subscription if I opt for the 6 or 12-month option?
Once we’ve billed your card you can transfer your subscription to another type at any time. And if you’re less than delighted about your coffee, we’ll offer a refund.
When will you bill me?
If it’s your first purchase from us, we’ll charge your card Immediately, once you confirm your subscription. For recurring subscribers, the cards get charged around the 2nd of each month.
I’m not sure which subscription to go for. What do you suggest?
Try the monthly. We’re quietly confident you’ll want to take out a longer subscription as soon as you’ve opened your first box of nose-tingling caffeine goodness.
What if I don't like the coffee?
We want you to be 100% satisfied, so ask for a refund and ye shall receive.
It’s all about flavour and freshness. The best possible taste and aroma come from grinding whole real coffee beans just before making your coffee. For some obessives, it’s all part of the ritual and doesn’t take as long as you might think.
That said, the easier pre-ground option makes a corking cup, too. Take care of its freshness by storing your packet in an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place - or the freezer – and, ideally, using it within a month.
Can I gift a subscription to someone?
