When will you send my first bag?

We post the coffee on or around the 14th of every month, and will email you as soon as its sent.

Can I buy a Kopi Weekender as a gift?

It's not really designed as a gift, more a personal supply for occasional drinking or to compliment your regular blend. For gifts you should take a look at our Classic plans

Can I swap from beans to ground?

Absolutely. Just log in to your account page at the top of the home page and you can swap whenever you like.

Can I cancel my Weekender subscription at any time?

Yes. Just email us, and please let us know why.

When will you bill me?

If it's your first purchase from us, we'll charge your card immediately, once you confirm your subscription. After that your card gets charged on 2nd of each month for delivery on or around the 14th.

What's the benefit of ordering beans over ground?

It's all about flavour and freshness. The best possible taste and aroma come from grinding whole real coffee beans just before making your coffee. For some obessives, it's all part of the ritual and doesn't take as long as you might think. That said, the easier pre-ground option makes a corking cup, too. Take care of its freshness by storing your packet in an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry place and, ideally, using it within a month.
