Questions
- You won’t send the billing information to the gift recipient will you?
- No way. As the gift giver you willl get the payment receipt, we only ask for the recipient’s email address so we can notify them of when the coffee is dispatched each month.
- Do you automatically renew the subscription at the end of the term?
- No we don’t. Towards the end of the term we will email both yourself and the gift recipient to ask if either of you would like to continue. If not we simply close your account.
- You’re not going to pester me to extend the subscription are you?
- Believe us, we hate that as much as you do. If you don’t want to continue, we won’t pester, harass or annoy you in any way.
